You have two days from your reserve to get your application up. If someone has reserved a character you want and it's been two days but their application hasn't been accepted, go ahead and put up an application.
You get one extension on your app (two more days) if you're having trouble, but beyond that we won't reserve the character for you and anyone can come swoop them up so try your best to get the app up quickly.
