PERSONALITY
When it comes to Annelise's personality, like any woman, mood swings are common. When Hormones rage, she can be unpredictable, like most people. A bit impulsive at times, she is generally a happy and enjoyable one for company, of any kind. Tending to be a bit more proper than many of the loose women of Tortuga, Annelise does not favor the idea of sex for money. Working odd jobs at taverns and small bakeries, LeBelle tries to be as friendly as possible toward everyone, unless otherwise provoked.
On another note, standing up for herself from time to time can be witnessed. While her rights as a woman are limited, there is no question that she will step out of line on occasion. However, in the company of Royal officials, all defensive acts are dropped. To be a Jail-bird would not be pleasurable.
When it comes to men, she is not one to pose as weak. Walking with confidence most of the time, Annelise will not stand for being taken advantage of, unless of course, she finds herself willing. While men have never been a problem for her, self defense is something that she has picked up over the years and will use if necessary. Also, she is rather open to both men and women. Love is love is her opinion, while not too widely excepted.
Overall, Annelise is a rather approachable woman who enjoys others company and is always open to new friends. However, trust and respect is something she struggles with. Having dealt with these issues in her past, she finds it hard to let others into her personal life unless there is a connection.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE;
Weighing in at one hundred and twenty-six pounds, Annelise reaches a top height of five-four and a half. With a medium olive complexion, she is rather plain but has her physical perks, like any woman. This green-eyed brunette has salmon colored lips and a semi-natural blush to her cheeks. With a lean yet curvy body, she is the depiction of an average beauty. She has sturdy, thick legs and a nicely toned stomach from numerous redeveues, Annelise likes to keep in shape when permitted.
Easily playing both roles as a pirate and a common member of Port Royals growing society, she can either been seen in black, fitted breeches, a creamed colored captains shirt under a dark blue corset (accompanied by thigh high, leather boots), this lady also makes occasional appearances in a numerous array of brightly colored to plain dresses. Ranging from soft golds and earth tone to deep reds and purples, it's all situational. Not too big on jewels, a small necklace and an opal ring can be found on her right ring finger.

WHAT'S YOUR STORY, SAILOR
FAMILY;
Sir Percy Clive LeBelle, sixty-seven, Port Royal
Lady Lucile Clariece LeBelle, deceased, Port Royal Cemetery
Christopher James LeBelle, seventeen, Port Royal
BACKGROUND;
Born to a common man and woman by the name or Lebelle, Annelise's parents (Percy and Lucile) had two children. Annelise and her younger brother, Christopher James LeBelle. Growing up in what was considered the middle class for the eighteenth century, as Annelise grew, she eventually branched off from her parents who came from Ukraine, only finding herself in Port Royal at the age of seventeen with her father and brother after her mother's sudden death. While it was a blow to the family, life went on for the LeBelle's.
Rebellious to a degree, once in Port Royal, Annelise found herself in trouble when she boarded a pirate vessel headed toward the isle of Tortuga. Acting on her implosive tendencies, it wasn't long before her brother had been sent out to fish her out of the sea of drunkards and wenches. With obvious disapproval from her graying father, Annelise stayed inside their fair-sized cottage for a few years, participating in society once more. However, like most young woman, the sea was a constant distraction and want (especially after venturing out).
However, at one of the numerous masquerades she attended at nineteen, Annelise only had a few fleeting affairs with both men and women alike. One in particular that continues to stick in her mind is that of one now deemed, Admiral James Norrington. Unaware of him at the time (due to the mask), Annelise could not help but feel drawn to the mysterious and irritable man that she danced with, only once. That being said, the only other man besides whom she believed to be the now Admiral, was of course (like most women) One Jack Sparrow. In fact, it had been his ship in which she had somehow managed to snag a ride into Tortuga. While nothing ever happen between the two, it was clear that he interest was mutual.
However, things did not go as planned when Annelise found herself in the middle of the war of her time. Pirates against the Navy. While at first she had attempted to escape using a long boat, Annelise was in for a surprise when an oriental looking ship came beside her, ordering her to climb aboard. This was to be the Empress. Once captained by the great Pirate Lord Sao Feng, now the ship was in command by a woman, Elizabeth Swan; Pirate King. Once on deck, Annelise was tossed a dull sword and was told to prepare herself for battle. No sooner than the words were spoken, the brunette found herself defending her own life while trying to find a safe spot to successfully hide in until the war ceased to exist...or the ship sunk.
Cowering near the back of the ship, Annelise held her sword with an iron like grip in case anyone should come upon her. With her heart racing, the brunette hoped that no one found her, that it would resolve soon. However, as luck would have it, a man wearing naval attire, followed by a creature of one's nightmare came around the corner. Upon seeing the barnacle encrusted being, Annelise fainted. The last think she remembered was the feeling of being lifted into someone's arms as all sound and sight left her.
Upon waking up, Annelise woke with a start upon finding herself in an unfamiliar setting. The Captain's quarters of The Empress, Annelise was greeted by the captain and her first mate. Afraid, the young woman attempted to jump out of bed. Upon doing so, a sharp pain ran up her right side. She had broken ribs. Now stuck on the Empress, Annelise found herself in the care of James Norrington, the man she found to be her rescuer, by order of the she-captain. At first, the two despised each other. It was obvious to Annelise James was not happy about the situation that he found himself in, babysitting the crippled. However, as time went on the pride was squashed and the two found themselves having affection for the other...even though both are too stubborn to admit it.
Having successfully healed from her injury, Annelise was happy to hear that her captain would be taking herself and James back to Port Royal, a place she hoped relaxation was visit her. However, she was nervous as she realized that she was coming back to reality, a place where James could choose to forget her if the feelings that shared dwindled. However, Annelise was surprised when she was invited to come aboard the HMS Interceptor II by James a few weeks before he set out for the first time as an admiral once more. Accepting, Annelise is now stationed on Rumrunner's Island with James Norrington.
AND BEYOND

ROLE PLAY EXAMPLE;
Screams ran out into the night as shots open fired in the dimly lit tavern. Beverages flew everywhere as most people flung what they had in their hands and reached for their own pistols and swords, prepared to find whoever was causing the intital ruckus, or to make make more mischief themselves. Wenches ran around ducking behind the man and the old, moldy tables, making their way out of the Faithful Bride, attempting to make it unscathed.
While some men retreated, those less prepared for the action at hand, most stayed behind...however, they appeared to be the most drunk. More shots were fired hire into the air as men jumped from the staircase to the floor, throwing bottles at each other and snatching the wenches that passed them by. The scene would be an outrage in Port Royal, and a stop would be put to it it immediately by the Royal Navy. However, this was Tortuga and no enforcement really existed other than the frail attempts by the tavern owners to quiet things down. No, this was just an ordinary night in the Faithful Bride.
For the brunette that poked her head in through the saloon style tavern doors, the scene before her almost made her turn back. A few screeching wenches flew out the door past Amaya, side swiping her and almost knocking her off balance. Scowling, Amaya kicked dirt up in their direction and hoped the particles dirties their little dressed. Letting the mean streak pass her by, Amaya prepared to enter the loud, smelly tavern for a drink. Swallowing, Amaya held her head high and entered the musky building, sure her ears would be ringing when she left.
Rolling her eyes, Amaya began to make her way to the bar but had to squeeze in between a group of rather robust men to do so. Deciding whether or not to hold her breath, by the time she made to make her way through, there was no point. A large hand reached out and pinched her bum. A squeal erupted from Amaya and swiftly swirled around to greet the man with a sharp slap to the face. The others giggled around her as she quickly fled to the bar, face red and bum sore. With a sour expression, Amaya grimaced. How she hated men sometimes.
"What can I get for ye missy?" Asked the bartender upon Amaya's approach.
"I'll have two bottles of rum please." She replied, handed the man two shillings.
When he returned with her request, Amaya thanked the man and turned around with the new task of finding a place to sit. Green eyes raking over the tavern, a small smile spread upon Amaya's red lips as she spotted a rather secluded area on the other side of the tavern. Thankful that she didn't have to have another run in with the brutes she encountered before, Amaya sauntered over to the table and sat down quietly. Taking a swing of her rum, Amaya couldn't help but look up when she heard the doors to the tavern open and close shut.
